Our data center has been experiencing denial of service attacks (DDOS) these past few days and our engineers are working hard to resolve the issue. DDOS attacks can affect web and email services so if you have been experiencing intermittent email or web availability within the last few days then that could explain why. Please be aware that if the emails aren’t downloading at that exact point in time that the issue is only temporary and you will most likely find that if you try again a few moments later that everything works as intended.
